Thanks to all who celebrated Tie Free Day 2009 with us!

Not only Tie Free Day 2008 was a big success - no, Tie Free Day 2009 was very exciting and successfully too.

On the 21st of October 2009 we were walking around in the city centre of Graz and we talked to people who wore a tie and to those who didn't; we collected great and interesting opinions. A lot of people loved the idea of our Tie Free Day and attached immediately our tiefree pin.

The highlight was definitely that we cut the ties of guys in front of the camera and in the middle of the city. But for sure they did a great deal, as the replacement for the tie was the Dresscode21 Business Shirt.

As soon as possible we will upload our video and plenty of photos, so you can get a better impression of our Tie Free Day!

Why Tie Free Day? We need to be brave trying new things. Clothes are an important communication tool but the question thereby is what do ties still say? Tie Free Day shall be a day for lateral thinker, creaive and innovative people as well as it should be a symbol for a positive change!

To us ties mean sweat. Ties are boring. Ties mean dressing up because Mum says so. Ties symbolize old ways of making business. But all this will change. And as a symbol of this change we celebrate Tie Free Day.

Together we can free the world from ties!
